If requested in advance, the bureau will provide a post-convention report including housing pick-up for city-wide events.

At the close of your event, the CVB will send a convention survey to get feedback on services provided while in Merced. This information will help us improve and meet our goal of providing excellent service

The Merced CVB will provide assistance in nearly every aspect of your conference planning. Need a civic welcome to open your event? We can do that! Assistance with housing or transportation? We can do that too! Just think of us as an extension to your planning committee.

Your group lead will be submitted to locations that meet your specific needs the same day we receive your RFP.
